Schooner 'Lannon' on Cape Ann MA.
(you have seen this schooner before but it is always so beautiful when I see it go by that I have to take a photo ~ The Lannon is available for public sails and private sails. It is one of 3 available for public sale. It is a delight to be on and on good weather days they will go out beyond the breakwater and that is even more adventurous and enjoyable.
WHAT AM I THANKFUL FOR TODAY:
~ in between my tears I am grateful for having had 2 sweet and beautiful yorkies and trying my best not to get another pet
~ I am grateful for the view from where I live
~ that the humidity and heat have abated somewhat
~ for going out to lunch with friends
~ for mystery book club I belong to locally
~ for having a lovely deck to sit on to read
~ for family and friends
~ for my blogland friends and their continued support

Quite a day to be out on the water.
ReplyDeleteI would love to go for a sail on this beautiful vessel. I so love boats. We're heading to our boat today for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love all your thankful things. I'm glad I found you and got to know both Zoe and Angel. I loved them both too.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, Carol. Love and healing hugs. ♥
Ooooo .... the mystery book club sounds like a lot of fun. I'm thankful to see the world around me and to read as sight can be a challenge and could get murkier.
ReplyDeleteWonderful thankfuls. It is so hard to lose a beloved pet, but please don't let that deter you from loving again. There are so many that need homes. XO
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry for your losses. I hope you find comfort in their memories.
ReplyDeleteThe Lannon is breathtaking. I've never been on a sail boat. If I lived where you live I'd never get a thing done. I'd be watching the water all day.

I never get sick of seeing that schooner, bring it on! I wish you would get another pet, but understand why you are pushing back from that. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Regine

I'd love to go on that schooner. Those are good thankfuls, it's hard losing a furry love but the best healing is helping another who needs you. bhhhh
ReplyDeleteIt would be lovely to sail there -- maybe someday.
ReplyDeleteI'd not tire of watching or taking photos of that beautiful boat. And if I wasn't afraid of being seasick I would definitely love to ride on it;)
