'Sea smoke' ~ on Cape Ann MA. (believe this happens when the air is much colder than the ocean) It was in the single digits when I took this photo ~ deep freeze! |

I've not heard of sea smoke. Interesting, and a pretty photo!
ReplyDeleteThe sea looks like it took a chill pill!
ReplyDeleteLove how the colors melt together.
ReplyDeleteStrangely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLovely picture, the description sea smoke is new to me.
ReplyDeleteYes, hugs do that.
ReplyDeleteThat's a new sight to me, thank you so much for the photo!
ReplyDeleteThe sea smoke makes this photo look more like a painting. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWe were socked in with fog all day. This is unusual here. Usually the fog burns off around noon or earlier. Not so today.
I admit to being cynical in these times - I could only hope your quote is truth. I've never seen sea smoke. It looks lovely against the water.
ReplyDeleteThat's a 'pawtastic' quote. Brr, your image made me shiver but then smile-it's very cool (literally and figuratively). Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fabulous capture!
