    While i like woodpeckers, i mostly like them from a distance. We had one that used to tap on the pipe from the wood burning stove to make the bugs run out from under the flashing, and always before we were ready to get up in the morning.

    Cute fluffy woodpecker. We get those and also have a regular big red belied woodpecker at our feeders daily. Fun to watch!

    gorging on the seeds and fat :) would feed the birds here, but then we would just be feeding the cats :p
