Our cold November here on Cape Ann MA. Tis a bit early; but, then again Thanksgiving is earlier than usual. Retail is pushing Christmas too early. It is all rather exhausting. I am way too young for all of this. LOL
I do my best to ignore the pace set by retail stores … and you could not find me in a store on the day after Thanksgiving, much less the day itself!!! I find it a national shame that we can't let people have the whole day off to be with their families … Anyway, lovely picture!

Yes, retail pushes Christmas way too early. Our family makes a point of not stepping foot into a store on Black Friday. Stay warm!!
ReplyDeleteTime is passing far too quickly without having to look at Christmas displays in November.

ReplyDeleteThat still waters, look like a sky on the earth.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, even if it is cold.

Quite a brooding sky.
ReplyDeleteToday we have snow falling again.
It's cold here too and we've been having rain. We are happy about that since we live in a desert.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day, Carol. Lots of lovies and scritches to Ms. Zoe. ♥
Hello, love the beautiful view. I am not much of a shopper even with the stores pushing their ads. Enjoy your day and week ahead!
ReplyDeleteYes, I also think that retail pushes Christmas way too early.
ReplyDeleteI stayed away from Black Friday!
I do like your photograph.
All the best Jan
Such a beautiful sight. It looks so peaceful out there.
ReplyDeleteTrue, retail has been making Christmas a month-long affair. :) I like the lights that come with it. :D.
Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. :)
Carol, isn’t life grand? Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSo peaceful!
ReplyDeleteI've always been a master of denial, but Christmas is always one thing I am happy to see arrive! Your water is calming :)

For the first time I feel quite removed from the commercialism of the holidays. Hurrah!
