'The meaning of life to find your gift.
The purpose of life is to give it away.'
~ Pablo Picasso
Decided to take some of my painted rocks and leave them on a bench near where we walk on the boulevard of Cape Ann MA. The rocks have no name on them just a drawing and a message. It is a way to give back or 'pay it forward' and give away a creation. Will continue to do so this Spring and Summer. It is fun and gives me pleasure and I hope also to the person that finds it. Keeping it simple with gratitude. Linking with Paint Party Friday |
We love your comments, thanks, ^_^

great quote. And what a sweet idea to leave your painted rocks for someone else to find and treasure. Happy PPF!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea. There's a park in Florida where school kids paint rocks and leave them there. Now, there's a huge pile.
ReplyDeletePeople leave these painted rocks in our parks around town. It is fun to come upon them. Have fun. I know you will make someones day.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
cute rock gifts!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful gift to leave with someone. I am sure each rock will bless the person who picks it up. I have a huge collection of rocks I have picked up throughout the years. You inspire me to do something like that around my town. It is so nice to give back. Happy PPF. Hugz, Rasz
ReplyDeleteIt's a bit like book crossing, if it's still going. You leave books around for people to pick up. Your rocks are beautiful and I'm sure will be treasured by whoever gets them. I love the quote by Picasso.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE to do that! People are so blessed to find those tiny treasures. I am inspired. ((HUGS)) Thank you.
