Good quote! Oh my all that snow, and it looks quite cold. Our snow is all melted now as the sun has been shining the last two days and it got to 77 degrees today-I was SOOO happy:)
Gorgeous photo, Carol; nice foreground angles and a perfect moment in the sky! I have also enjoyed viewing your other recent work and particularly liked the winter scene on Tuesday with its cool tones and sculptural trees. Also thought your shadow shot was impressive; you know just how to draw a viewer in with your careful composition.
very moody picture. I am thinking about the quote, I've heard it before. We are in a place of unhappiness about out move now, and we can explore, we can keep busy but happy seems beyond us. We gave up so much to be here and it's not what we thought. Know what I mean? LeeAnna
Whew, that's a lot of snow! Did y'all get that this week? We're experiencing some unusual, unseasonably warm weather this week. It feels like spring with temps in the mid to upper 70s. That's a bit too warm for me but I'm enjoying it because I know Old Man Winter isn't done with us yet. He's a rather sneaky feller in these parts and when he sees that Mother Nature isn't having one of her hot flashes, then he steps in with a blast of arctic air. Thanks for visiting me for not-so-Wordless Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteGreat quote. Do you still have all that snow? Ours all melted yesterday.
ReplyDeleteHappiness comes from within. No one can make happiness for me. I'm good with that.
