We played tourist and went and took photos and visited our artist friends at Rocky Neck ~ a part of Gloucester Ma or Cape Ann MA. The day was beautiful with sun and clear skies and a delightful day to be out and about. Linking with: Our World Tuesday |

A beautiful seaside place to be a tourist! I love that office shack!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! It's nice to sometimes stop and see what's in your own back yard.

ReplyDeleteLooks to be about the perfect day! YAM xx
Wonderful photos, I love your seaport photography
ReplyDeleteI always look forward to your boat and water pictures, Carol. What a wonderful little office shack and the festival sounds like some mellow and interesting fun. Kisses to Zoe.
ReplyDeleteAhhhh ...so peaceful and sad that the summer is over.
ReplyDeleteSo charming and pretty!
ReplyDeleteHi Carol
ReplyDeleteI'm back to regular blogging after a trip to Italy and a family loss had me offline for awhile. I love your seaside photos. I lived most of my life by the Atlantic Ocean before moving west. I miss hearing seagulls and smelling the salty/fishy water.
Beautiful.

There is a freedom in just playing tourist some days.
ReplyDeleteI can see why all artists would like to go there and paint or take photos. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like really a delightful day to be out! Love that shack - it has lot of characters!
ReplyDeleteThose houses would have a lovely view over the water.
ReplyDeleteSounds cool touring around the boatyard and I love the little office building and excellent day light present overall.
ReplyDeleteHave fun playing tourist, enjoy the rest of your week, and thank you for stopping by my blog this week.
ReplyDeleteLove that little building ... and the whole place is the kind where we'd love to hang out. Thanks for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteThat "shack" is so quaint! I love the coast of Massachusetts. Hope to go back someday. It's been 6 years this month since my last visit -- too long!
ReplyDeleteLove the boats and little old shack. Looks like a fun place to wander around and explore.
