Around the weather wheel ~ the bitter chill on Cape Ann MA today and then back to fifty degrees  ~ then into the deep freeze again ~ So goes New England ~

    Yes - the weather around here keeps us on our toes!! I'm not quite ready for tomorrow - it's gonna be toooooo cold! These are all such pretty, wintery shots - I especially love the setting sun behind the tree. Gorgeous!

    For some reason I can feel the cold better with the black and white version. We think it's cold here but you would probably laugh at us. It's not New England cold.

    The chill jumps out from your photos. I like the effects you've used. They give a sense of that suspended 'sparkle' that comes with the air on a truly arctic day.
