ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteWonderful Carol, great skies and I also loved the ornaments, especially the acorn one for the birds. Thank you very much for stopping by my blog and leaving such a nice comment. I see I have been bringing my links with me to your blog which are at the end of your page. This is not something I have done to encourage it. In fact I wrote a post about it before my SWF one. I am not sure the solution will work for you as I know you are not with blogger, but Terri suggested people go to their settings and click on posts and comments, and then backlinks and choose 'hide'. I have been letting people know who are on blogger and get my links and they have disappeared using this solution. Letting you know just in case you find them a bit annoying :) Have a great weekend :)

Love the bird friendly outdoor decoration!
ReplyDeleteI love your post today, with every picture showing its own beauty and still a balance in the total post. I especially love the quote at the end and the haiku for 'haiku my heart'... Joe is shining through! I believe Joe's spirit will always be among us on Fridays.
ReplyDeleteGreat line "knowing nothing still", but always trying to learn!
ReplyDeleteSuch a perfect series for all the memes. Your last haiku is especially wonderful. And the outdoor bird feeder ornament makes me wish (for a few minutes anyway) that I were somewhere cold enough that the birds would flock to an ornament like that! Thanks for the whole post though -- it's amazing how you can tie all the memes together so beautifully.
ReplyDeleteI love the sunset and the bird ornament. Have a lovely week ahead!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great series of photos. I'm sure the birds appreciate that outdoor ornament. Stunning sunset!
