Not crazy about it but tis what it is. The above painting is a (wip) work in progress for Creative Everyday. The photo is for Macro Monday and I found it on a rock wall at the beach. It is permanent and there are Cheerios and something else (not sure what). ReplyDeleteMay the days be filled with simple pleasures this week Carol!
ReplyDeleteWhat a very cool find. I must walk around with blinders on because I can never find things like that.
ReplyDeleteYour wip is looking very promising!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week you too!
ReplyDeleteThat last quote made me laugh, as I am spending days and days, cleaning out the garage and other storage spaces -- trying to get rid of stuff! That macro is amazing.....I agree that simple pleasures are the best!
ReplyDeleteWhere was that 'installation'? Yes, simple pleasures give me joy - like the breaching of a whale I saw today, or the dazzling sunset last night.....seeing with (relatively) fresh eyes! the whole post was great....
ReplyDeleteLove your painting!
ReplyDeleteYour flower with today's haiku resonated so strongly with me! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI love your beautiful orange flower. I am going to remind myself each day that I can see the ordinary with fresh eyes. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteLove your intention of opening each day to creativity in its many forms. I feel so much happier when I make room for beauty in each day--don't always manage though. This year my all time favorite color is this soft mandarin orange.
ReplyDeleteLovely post, great initiative.
ReplyDeleteWe always find what we're looking for.
