'Simply Remember My Favorite Things' Welcome to our blog where we view life from the eyes of an artist's soul and explore what creativity can do to enhance the inner spirit. Today, being Thursday, we are exploring two new blogs, Favorite Things by Katherine. They both involve creativity in your life with one focusing on favorite things and Deb's This and That The above photo is for both of the linked blogs. In the Sound of Music, a classic motion picture, valued for its musicality and Julie Andrews tremendous voice, one of the songs is My Favorite Things. A partial line from the song is '...I simply remember my favorite things and then I don't feel so bad.' Always one to try and live well each day, my glass jars of seashells came to mind as being most appropriate for both these blog hops. Sea Shells are certainly one of my 'favorite things' and make wonderful decor for your home in simple glass containers. Thanks to both these wonderfully creative bloggers for hosting this event. Do hope you enjoy them and my post today. Hugs and namaste, and We love to have you post your comments, thoughts or questions to delight us all in our day ~ especially, ArtMuse Dog ^_^ Love to have you join our blog hop every Monday, Magical Monday Meme and post what it is you create a craft, an art, a recipe, photos and more. QUOTE FOR THE DAY: ' Helped are those who create anything at all, for they shall relive the thrill of their own conception.' (Alice Walker) |

What is it about seashells that bring life and lightness to a room? Love your jars. My daughter has always gathered shells and I keep them in a jar with a little growing notecard listing where they all come from. Have a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteI love all things collected in glass jars, beautiful statement. I am visiting from Katherine's Corner Blog Hop and will check out Deb's This and That. I am now following you on Linky Followers and would love a visit back.
