Brush Painting A CREATIVE HARBOR Welcome to our blog where we view life from the eyes of the artist's soul and explore what creativity can do to enhance the inner spirit. Do come back and visit often. We love to have company and get to you know better. The above sketch is another Asian brush painting done in my sketch book with mostly black ink and a bit of grey. Hope you like it. It is fun to do; also I need to be very centered and focused to do these and allow my 'chi' to do the painting. The photo below is from a trip to Hawaii and it is truly a visual paradise. I visited several islands and my favorite was Kona. Today we are linked with Sophie's SUNDAY SKETCHES and Rebecca's POST CARDS from PARADISE Click on the highlighted links to go and enjoy the artists at Sophie's and the photographers at Rebecca. They are all talented and wonderful people who I have come to know. Here is my PC ~ Hugs and namaste, and We love to have you post your comments, thoughts or questions to delight us all in the day ~ especially, ArtMuse Dog. Your photo is a great example of why people yawn when they get up in the morning in Hawaii and say, "It's just another day in paradise." Love your sketch, too. My favorite island is Kauai.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to rely on the 'chi' it brings our best creative gifts forward as can clearly be seen here, I also love the Macro Monday tulips!
